Diversity is a focus on every job posting and candidate pool. We have partnered with several organizations (Hiring Our Heroes, Getting Hired, Hispanic/Latinx Professionals Association, Hirepurpose) to create opportunities for underrepresented groups and assist us with our commitment to increase our diverse talent pools.

MyReferral is the company’s employee referral program, providing employees the ability to share career opportunities with friends and family.

In 2021, 53% of our employee referrals were diverse. Of the employee referrals that were hired, 53% were diverse.
